"The origins of Champagne Apollonis is through Michel Loriot’s family to the 17th century. Since 1675 have followed 12 generations including Palmyre and Léopold with the village’s first press in 1903. Michel has inherited 2 passions : music and vines.The music which is played in the vineyards and the cellars has an effect on the vines and on the yeast in the wine. This champagne is with complex and refined aromas. The Apollonis estate covers 7 hectares in Festigny and has been awarded HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in recognition of the respect given to the environment and to biodiversity. Michel Loriot’s range bears the name Champagne Apollonis, the daughter of Apollo the muse of music and the arts in ancient Greece perfect ambassador for champagnes that are elegant and expressive. "
We are happy to valorise our champagnes essentially from pinot meunier in Festigny in the Flagot valley on about 7 Ha: 80 % meunier, 18 % cahrdonnay and 2 % pinot noir and also 2 cuvées 100 % meunier. The other cuvées are an assembling meunier, chardonnay and pinot noir. The whole scale reveals strength and secret of meunier. The most famous composers rock their bottled wines. They do take their bubbles in the Pastoral Sympfony of Beethoven, two months long, Then come Mozart, Brahms ... who invite themselves in the underground cellars of Champagne Apollonis, in order to participate to the high quality effeverscence recognized by press and professionals.
