Our family exploitation:
Coming from a family of wine growers, my dream was to create my own exploitation. 1973 is the beginning of a long and enthusiastic life of work but also of pleasure and fullfealment.
Our vineyard has developped with the years. Our aim beeing to remain entirely on the terroir of Riceys, reputed for the quality of its wines.
My children joined me in 2001 to consolidate our house in the evolution of our work method in our vineyard and champagnization. We do not treat our vineyard with any weed-killers and we are working in the perspective of sustanable winegrowing.
For the vinification thermo-regulated winery with many recipients wich allows us to separate the wine from each vineyard in order to optimize the wealth of our cuvée. A part o our wines is elaborated in oak barrels for more roundness and delicatness.
At this time, our domaine of 10 ha is located in Riceys's terroir, it allows us to elaborate our Champagnes and our famous Rosé des Riceys (geographical indication system specificly from Les Riceys).
At this time, our production varies from year to year between 70 and 80 000 bottles commercialized in France and abroad.
Our aim is a consistant quality for our Champagnes preserving our terroir and environnement.

Wines
Cuvée Cyriès:
It’s a perfect blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay (50/50%)
The Cyriès is the Millésime of our Champagne House. We produce it only on the best years.
It is of great aromatic complexity thanks to time spent in the oak barrels. It is our only cuvée aged in this way.
It has a wealthy strong nose, and leaving several secondary aromas.
Very long in the mouth, you’ll discover sharpness and elegance.
For more fullness and soft aromas don’t hesitate to let it flourish in your glass.
A perfect match for your aperitifs, but it most suited to family celebrations.
CYRIES is an anagram of our village: les RICEYS
Cuvée Brut Prestige:
It is composed of Pinot Noir (75%) & Chardonnay (25%)
This Cuvée is our flagship Champagne.
Its nose is open and pleasing and delicate, it offer us dried fruits and almond aromas.
Its attack in the mouth is sharp, fresh and voluptuous.
This attractive Cuvée is perfect for your aperitifs and throughout an entire meal.
Availability: bottle, half-bottle, Magnum & Jeroboam.
Cuvée Brut Rosé:
It’s composed of Pinot Noir (90%) & Chardonnay (10%)
Mainly from Pinot Noir with a deep pink color, this Champagne’s got a fresh and distinguished nose.
You won’t have any difficulties founding the soft fruit aromas (strawberry – raspberry).
In the mouth, this structured and subtle wine will seduce lovers of tasty aperitifs and women in general.
It’s a perfect match for aperitifs and soft fruit desserts.
